Overview

CPVC Pipe (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) is engineered for elevated-temperature and pressure applications where standard PVC no longer meets performance or safety requirements. CPVC is widely used in hot water distribution, chemical processing, industrial fluid handling, and low-pressure steam condensate systems.

ACE supplies high-grade CPVC meeting ASTM and NSF standards, supported by a full portfolio of CPVC valves, fittings, flanges, cement, and adapters. CPVC is stronger, more temperature-resistant, and more chemically durable than PVC — making it ideal for engineers, OEM designers, commercial contractors, and industrial maintenance teams.

  • Temperature Range: Up to approx. 200°F depending on pressure
  • Pressure Rating: Schedule 80 grades suitable for higher PSI systems

  • Joining Method: Solvent welding (CPVC-rated), threaded, flanged
  • Chemical Compatibility: Excellent resistance to hot water, acids, salts, bases
